Grant Landry lived a slightly nomadic life, moving around the country while growing up. But everywhere he lived, there was always acting. This led him to finally settle down in the magical land of Hollywood, which has been his home since moving from Boston to attend UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, and Television. While in college, Grant dove into his studies, learning everything from the art of acting to the intricacies of stage combat, vaudeville, Shakespeare, and even set design and lighting. Upon graduating, Grant set forth to forge his own path in Hollywood, seeking out challenging and diverse roles in indie films.
In that mindset, his more recent projects include the upcoming super hero comedy “Real Heroes” (2013) , the Twilight Zone inspired “Dream Country: Fortune’s Fools” (2013) and the psychological thriller “Violence of the Mind” (2013). Grant has also been very active in the New Media department, having played the character of “Mark” on the hit indie web series, “The Cavanaughs”, which will be airing its final season online September 2012. His past credits include some stunt work on the vampire camp film “Re-Vamped” (2007) and similar work on the supernatural ninja film “Real Steal” (2007) and playing the villainous FBI Agent Morris in “Fall of Hyperion” (2008).
Grant is thrilled to be a part of the amazing team that is bringing the story of Tony and Leo to life in the film “Better Half”.
